Who is Hewrin Yoou?

Hewrin Yoou is an animator and motion graphics artist at DreamWorks Animation studios. Yoou was born in Myanmar, but raised in Thailand. In 1998, he graduated from Chulalongkorn University with a degree in Fine Arts. He then moved to the United States to study animation at the California Institute of the Arts. Yoou began his career at DreamWorks in 2005 as a character animator on “The Prince of Egypt”. Since then, he has worked on such films as “Kung Fu Panda”, “Shrek Forever After”, “How to Train Your Dragon 2”, and “The Croods”. In 2015, Yoou was nominated for an Academy Award for his work on “The Croods”.

Hewrin Yoou is an animator at DreamWorks Animation Studios. She started her career in the industry as a character animator for “Kung Fu Panda 2” and has since worked on movies such as “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted”, “How to Train Your Dragon 2”, and upcoming releases “The Boss Baby” and “The Croods”. Her credits also include episodes of “Shrek Forever After” and “Turbo”. Yoou was born in Taiwan, but grew up in the United States. She studied visual arts at the University of Southern California and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in animation.

How did she become interested in Animation?

DreamWorks Animator hewrin Yoou got her start in animation by watching films and TV shows as a child. She loved the creative potential of animation and found that it was a medium that allowed her to express herself creatively. After studying animation at college, she began working in the animation industry as a character artist. She has since worked on such films as “Kung Fu Panda 2” and “The Penguins of Madagascar”. In her spare time, she enjoys painting and sketching.

Any Challenges when making a Pixar Film?

When you work on a Pixar film, you have to be very careful with the animation. The animation must look realistic and never seem like it’s just a picture on a screen. It can be challenging when you’re trying to create this type of animation, but it’s definitely worth it in the end. What was it like working with Pixar as a Director?. When I worked on my first film, I was really excited to get the call from Pixar, who had seen me on YouTube and wanted to work with me! They were very easy to work with and everything revolved around making the film look great. It was an amazing experience that I will always remember.

How Did You Come up With The Idea for the Film. The idea came to me when a teacher pointed out all of the everyday objects in our world that we take for granted, because they’re all around us. He told us, “You have these things and you don’t even know they’re there!” When he said this, I thought of how cool it
